Trivia:

After splitting the re-inflated head open on two occasions whilst using pressurized air through a tube, the props department resorted to an old fashioned method to get the job done. They applied their lips to the tub, and blew.

Goofs:

Crew or equipment visible: When Sully is leaving on his boat at the end, if you look closely on the right side of the boat a hand appears and later when they flash back to him you can see a head appear on the boat, yet Sully is the only person on the boat.
