Season 1, Episode 2: Ah, But Underneath

The ladies find an anonymous letter in Mary Alice's belongings which suggest that Mary Alice was hiding some terrible secret. Susan and Edie continue to fight for Mike's affections. But Mike's dog pays the price when Edie crashes his dinner date with Susan. Meanwhile, Gabrielle realizes that her lawn boy, John, is taking their fling to heart, and that Carlos may actually be catching on. Bree goads Rex into couples therapy, where the neurotic doctor may be the one who needs the most help. Lynette resorts to drastic measures to keep her kids in line, but it blows up in her face. Mary Alice's past resurfaces despite Paul and Zach's efforts to keep it buried... literally. Also, Susan's secret of accidentally burning down Edie's house may come back to haunt her as the measuring cup she left in Edie's house is found, by the nosy and bossy Mrs. Huber.

Season 1, Episode 4: Who's That Woman?

Cash-strapped Mrs. Huber figures out that Susan had something to do with Edie's house fire and tries to blackmail her, in which Susan is forced to recruit her daughter Julie to find Mrs. Huber's incriminating evidence. Carlos becomes suspicious that Gabrielle is seeing another man, but targets the wrong suspect: the cable guy instead of gardener John. Lynette balks when the twins' teacher insists the boys have A.D.D. but tries to salvage the matter by separating the boys. Bree struggles with her rebellious son Andrew after Rex moves out. Both Susan and Edie continue to vie for Mark Delfino's affections, both of whom are unaware he has an agenda when he's revealed to have a map and personal files on all Wisteria Lane residents, including Susan. The ladies show Paul the anonymous blackmail/death threat letter sent to Mary Alice, unaware that he already knows about Mary Alice's troubled life and he secretly hires a mysterious "associate" named Mr. Shaw, to find out who sent Mary Alice the letter.

A break-in on Wisteria Lane leaves the neighbors feeling vulnerable, especially Susan, who reluctantly accepts a date with persistent police officer Rick Thompson, after Mike Delfino appears indifferent to her. Unknown to everyone, Mike Delfino is revealed to be the burglar as he accidentally left a screwdriver behind. After Rex takes the kids away for the weekend, a lonely Bree finds herself bonding with Mary Alice's troubled son, Zach. Meanwhile, Lynette and Tom pull out all the stops to get their uncontrollable twins, Porter and Preston, accepted at a prestigious private school. The unexpected arrival of Carlos's overbearing and controlling mother, Juanita, puts a crimp in Gabrielle's covert love life with gardener John. Things get worse when the two go shopping and Gabrielle takes drastic measures to keep Juanita oblivious to her secret.

Season 1, Episode 7: Anything You Can Do

Susan is miffed when Mike gets an unexpected (and very sexy) house guest, named Kendra, which forces him to postpone their first official "date." However, unknown to Susan, Kendra has been sent by her father who has hired Mike to search for her long-missing sister. Susan and Edie decide to follow Mike and Kendra on their night out together and they end up at a Country-Western bar. Lynette becomes steadily more dependent on the twins' A.D.D. medication. Later, Tom is not happy when Lynette tries to take over his concept of new "Spotless Scrubs" to his clients. Gabrielle becomes jealous of the "other" woman, Bree's daughter Danielle, in John's life. Meanwhile, Bree's kids mutiny when they learn that their father is divorcing their mother. A man has a heart attack while jogging and lands on Mrs. Huber's lawn. But the crafty and malicious old lady dumps the body on Bree's lawn so that she'll call the paramedics and they will ruin her lawn instead of hers. Andrew gets into a serious car accident that puts Mama Solis in the hospital, right after she finally busts Gabrielle and John having sex in Carlos' house. Bree and Rex are also called to Andrew's school after he shoves a kid into a locker. Also, the enigmatic Mr. Shaw comes closer to solving who was blackmailing the late Mary Alice, and he focus on Edie as the prime suspect.

Season 1, Episode 8: Guilty

After their son Andrew accidentally ran over Carlos' mother Juanita Solis, Bree and Rex help Andrew cover the incident up by disposing of the car and the evidence, yet guilt-addicted Bree rebukes Andrew for showing no remorse. Susan grows suspicious of Mike Delfino's real reason for moving to the street when she discovers a load of cash and a gun hidden in his kitchen drawer, but ends up stuck in his bathroom floor. Lynette reaches the breaking point in her addiction to the twins' A.D.D. medication as she tries other measures like acupuncture to release her stress; only to deal with the disturbance of her four kids during a session. Lynette realizes its time for drastic measures after she has a disturbing dream with Mary Alice. The mysterious Mr. Shaw gets down to business as he develops a relationship with Edie whom he suspects was Mary Alice's blackmailer, but learns that the real culprit is Mrs. Huber. Mr. Shaw also has a connection to Mary Alice Young as he talks to Paul Young afterwords on the phone who decides to take matters into his own hands. Gabrielle questions the priest John confessed her adulterous affair with to about his professional secret while Carlos stays with his comatose mother Juanita in hospital.

Looking to give her life a purpose, Gabrielle decides to organize a glamorous Halston fashion show for charity highlighting the ladies of Wisteria Lane. But Susan is less than charitable when she discovers Gabrielle's adulterous secret. With Carlos' mother now out of the picture, Gabrielle and John consider getting back together. But John's mother, Helen, thinks that her son is sleeping with Susan and not with Gabrielle. Before Carlos can find out about all of this, he is arrested. Bree and Rex are now at odds with each other on how to punish Andrew for putting Mrs. Solis in the hospital and finding drugs in his room. But Bree decides to take Andrew's egotistical and out-of-control behavior into her own hands by planting pot in his school locker to get him kicked off the school swim team. Elsewhere, the police investigate the skeletal body in a toy chest that Paul Young dumped in the river, and begin to close in on his secret. Also, Lynette uses her business acumen to poach a nanny, named Claire to look after her four kids, but ends up getting involved between Claire's current and hostile employer, Alexis.

Season 1, Episode 10: Come Back to Me

Uber-mom and control freak Maisy Gibbons returns, and her secret life of being a call-girl intersects with Bree's when she finds out that Rex is cheating on her after he has a heart attack, and Bree unleashes her inner "woman scorned". Meanwhile, Gabrielle's financial predicament worsens as she gets a taste of her own medicine, courtesy of Carlos's jail house confession. Susan plans to take her relationship with Mike to the next level, and Lynette, suspicious (and a little jealous) of her new nanny Claire, decides to secretly videotape her of her interaction with the kids. Also, Susan betrays Julie when she learns that Julie is hiding Zach after he escapes from a clinic hospital, and she has Mike send Zach Young back home to his father, who makes a startling admission of his own.

Edie organizes a neighborhood search for the missing Mrs. Huber, just as the absent annoying and busybody's sister, Felicia Tilman, arrives on Wisteria Lane to investigate her disappearance. Meanwhile, Bree resigns herself to her marital state and asks an attractive pharmacist, named George Williams, on a date. Susan's ex-husband, Karl, suddenly returns for a visit in which Mike gets a little jealous over her attention to her ex-husband, while Edie plots to score with Karl. Paul Young, fearing the police will discover his murderous secret, plants Mrs. Huber's stolen jewelery in Mike Delfino's garage. Lynette fears that Tom is attracted to their nanny Claire. Also, Gabrielle sinks to new depths when she's forced to get a job as a spokes model for a sports car.

Season 1, Episode 12: Every Day a Little Death

The residents of Wisteria Lane finally learn Martha Huber's fate when her body is discovered, and the truth has unexpected consequences for Susan. After learning that Mrs. Huber left behind a journal, Susan is forced to confess to Edie about her role in the fire that burned down Edie's house who takes her to a location to scatter Mrs. Huber's ashes. Meanwhile, Bree finds her new beau, George, getting a little too close for comfort, leading him to shoot himself in the foot. While taking yoga classes, Lynnette takes advantage of Parker's shaved head and uses it to play on the symphony of the no-nonsense receptionist who thinks that Parker has cancer, and allows Lynette's children in the day care center. Carlos returns after making bail, but his homecoming isn't quite what Gabrielle had in mind for he is under house arrest, making it difficult for either of them to make money. Also, Mike's employer, the shady Noah Taylor, terminates Mike's services at Whisteria Lane. But Mike refuses to give up for it's revealed that both are searching for a certain 'Deidre', Mike's ex-wife and Mr. Taylor's daughter, who disappeared over 10 years ago and Mr. Taylor suspects someone on Whisteria Lane is responsible.

Season 1, Episode 13: Your Fault

When Lynette's father-in-law, Rodney Scavo, pays visits Tom's family, she unwittingly learns a family secret: he's been consistently cheating on his wife, and Tom has known about it. Susan is disturbed by Julie's growing romance with Zach and decides to chaperon the Spring Dance at Julie and Zach's school to keep an eye on them, Paul does the same to keep an eye on Susan when she suspects that she may know their family secret. Rex attempts to reconcile with Bree as she tries to play hard-to-get, while the pharmacist, George, maliciously plots his own agenda. Gabrielle is shocked when John's parents, Bob and Helen, demand her help in convincing John to move back home and go to college as he officially turned 18, and no longer wants to live at home hoping to pursue a relationship with Gabrielle as her new provider with a gardening business.

Season 1, Episode 14: Love Is in the Air

Susan looks forward to a romantic Valentine's Day date with Mike. But breaking into a neighbors house in his continuing search for clues, Mike gets shot by the jittery owner, and tries to hide it from Susan during their dinner out. Susan knows he's lying when he claims to have accidentally shot himself, but she still does not know why. After reconciling their relationship, Bree discovers something new about Rex when it comes to his sexual needs. Lynette is cranky and lonely old neighbor accuses the Scavo twins of thievery as Lynette tries her best to handle the situation. Gabrielle's work adventures continue as she gets a gig as a mattress model for the "Siesta King" Charles Skouras. She soon gets fired and ends up working as a cosmetics girl and had a meeting her her hostile ex-maid, Yao Lin. The annoying Felicia Tilman stumbles upon a clue in the Young family past when she recognizes a photo of Mary Alice as a Utah hospital worker named Angela who worked with Mrs. Huber in Utah.

Season 1, Episode 15: Impossible

Mike is arrested for questioning about Mrs. Huber's murder by police after Lynnette shares her suspicious about him. Susan, refusing to believe the accusations, gets Mike freed by claiming that they were together the night of Mrs. Huber's disappearance, but later feels betrayed when she learns about Mike's criminal record. John's roommate Justin attempts to blackmail Gabrielle with his knowledge of their affair by becoming her new gardener. Tom has a shot at the VP promotion the Scavos wanted, but Lynette fears that with the more responsibility and longer hours, she'd be home alone with their four wild and out-of-control kids more than ever and tries to discourage him in taking the job, or else... Bree is shocked to find a condom, and even more so when she learns whom it belongs to Rex nor Andrew, but Danielle. Zach's pool party for the teens on Wisteria Lane gets out of hand when Julie attends and sees another side to Zach while John has a talk with Danielle about his reluctance to have a relationship with her. Lastly, an unexpected person comes "out" in their sexuality when Susan catches Andrew and Justin in the pool.

Season 1, Episode 16: The Ladies Who Lunch

Maisy Gibbons' series of unfortunate events shock the residents of Wisteria Lane when she is finally arrested for solicitation right out of her own house. This leaves unexpected consequences for Bree and Rex when Maisy's little black book becomes public of all her clients, including Rex... Gabrielle and Carlos also face a crisis when their sewer system goes out at their house and they don't have the money to fix it. Lynette braves a scandal herself when it's rumored that the twins, Porter and Preston, may have started their school's head lice epidemic. But Lynnette figures out that fellow housewife and home mother Tammy Bremmer started the rumors to divert attention away from her own trouble-making son Topher and save his birthday party. As Susan sinks into depression over her breakup with Mike, she finds a surprising ally: Edie whom she confides in her problems and suggests they sneak into Paul Young's house to look for any evidence of his involvement in Mrs. Huber's murder.

Season 1, Episode 17: There Won't Be Trumpets

Mama Solis finally awakens from her coma, but she dies in a freak accident before she can tell anyone her knowledge of Gabrielle's affair with John. The residents of Wisteria Lane all attend the funeral of Juanita Solis as Carlos and Gabrielle fret over their financial, court issues, and funeral costs. Gabrielle also finds out that the hospital was negligent if Juanita's death, and offers her a generous settlement offer. Lynette befriends a deaf woman, named Alisa Stevens, whose daughter also attends Barcliff Academy with her rambunctious twins, Porter and Preston. But her newfound friendship is tested when she interferes into Alisa's marital problems after overhearing Alica's husband saying bad things behind Alica's back. Bree encounters more trouble when it comes to disciplining her son Andrew and arranges to convince Rex to get serious help. Susan finds herself attracted to Edie's hunky new contractor who's sticking around the neighborhood, but Edie doesn't want her to go on a date with him as a favor to their fragile friendship. Susan also rejects Mike and refuses to listen to him or even read a confession letter given to her about his past.

Season 1, Episode 18: Children Will Listen

Susan's neurotic and obnoxious mother, Sophie Bremmer, pays an unannounced visit after she and her boyfriend, Morty, call it quits. Meanwhile, Gabrielle faces Carlos' wrath after he learns about the hospital settlement and tries to change their prenuptial agreement in order to keep Gabrielle in check while he plans to serve his jail sentence. As a result, Carlos's anger and possessiveness drives Gabrielle back to John. Lynette and Bree experience a chill in their friendship after Bree babysits for Lynette's wild kids and dares to discipline Porter over the knee. Bree and Rex visit Andrew's teen rehab camp and she's shocked their son comes out them about his homosexuality. Zach covers for his father when the police come knocking about the mysterious dead body in the toy chest, while Felicia gets closer to Zach where he reveals to her more disturbing details about his family in the past.

Season 1, Episode 19: Live Alone and Like It

Lynette learns that no good deed goes unpunished when she momentarily befriends the elderly, mean-spirited Mrs. Karen McClusky after saving her life, and Lynette regrets it when Mrs. McClusky will not leave her alone. Sophia decides to try and jump start hers and Susan's love lives. Susan later finds the man-hungry Sophia in her kitchen with a man she picked up, and asks her mother to get rid of him. Bree forces Andrew to talk to the family priest about his conflicted sexuality; later Andrew tells Reverend Sikes about his feelings, and of his shocking plans to emotionally destroy his mother Bree. Gabrielle has her credit card declined in an upscale restaurant forcing her to improvise to pay the bill, and Carlos sends Gabrielle a big message/warring about what will happen if she leaves him. Gabrielle tells John that she still cares for him and restarts their sordid affair. Noah Taylor informs Mike that the skeletal remains found in the toy chest are Deirde's, which makes Mike get back on the case where he gets ends up getting beat up by a corrupt detective who apparently still harbors a grudge against him for Mike's long-ago crime.

Season 1, Episode 20: Fear No More

Gabrielle plans a big party to bid farewell to Carlos, who is about to head off to jail for eight months. Meanwhile, George Williams returns, much to Rex's displeasure as he knows George wants to steal Bree away from him, while Bree continues to be unaware about the two-faced George's obsession with her. Lynette is shocked to learn that Tom's old girlfriend, Annabel Foster who he dumped for Lynette, has been hired at his firm again. A desperate Lynette turns to Edie for advice on how to deal with the situation. Susan and Julie encounter less-than-neighborly behavior from the Young family as Zach continues to stalk Julie. Paul interrogates Edie about breaking into his house, and she ends up telling him that Susan was behind it. Paul decides to lie to Susan again in order to cover up his murderous secret. Mike continues to investigate Paul Young and tries to convince the still-paranoid Susan to stay away from Paul. Gabrielle begins to suspect that she's pregnant while shopping for a new car. After finding out that Carlos tampered with her birth control pills, Gabrielle retaliates in rage.

Season 1, Episode 21: Sunday in the Park with George

The psycho pharmacist George Williams continues to worm his way into Bree's life by asking her out to dinner and hanging out with her. After Edie spies on Bree with George at a restaurant, Bree begins to feel guilty about sharing intimate feelings with George. Rex's health continues to depreciate, with nobody the wiser thanks to George. Lynette tries to spice up her sex wife with Tom who, she fears, is losing interest due to his busy work schedule. Susan hires Mr. Shaw to investigate the Young family, unaware that his loyalties lye with Paul Young, so he ends up lying to her that Paul does not have any secrets. However, Mr. Shaw shows Susan Mike's arrest record, yet Susan is not convinced that Mike is a bad guy and tracks down Noah Taylor and his other daughter Kendra (who Susan recognizes from a picture in the file she received on Mike): Susan learns that Mike killed a cop in self-defense and forgives him. Carlos lies to Gabrielle that his mother tampered with her birth control pills. Gabrielle tells John that she is pregnant, and he doesn't take the news well. Morty proposes marriage to Sophia who accepts and Susan is relieved that her mother is moving out for good. Felicia takes action to help Zach by planning to drive Paul from the neighborhood for good.

Season 1, Episode 22: Goodbye for Now

Susan and Mike decide to move in together, much to Edie's displeasure, who schemes against them using Susan's friends. Meanwhile, Lynette takes steps to make sure Annabel doesn't come between her and Tom, and the consequences make Tom lose his job. Bree comes to a realization about George who continues to interfere in her and Rex's lives. Rex has another heart attack, though prior to it, George has permanently put in a wrench in Bree and Rex's relationship. Carlos' legal problems take a turn for the worse, and Gabrielle decides to leave him after discovering that he lied to her about tampering with her birth control pills. Carlos' subsequent actions when he beats up John's roommate, Justin, after thinking he's the guy Gabrielle is cheating on, increases his jail time to eight years. Mike goes after Paul thanks to Felicia who gives him Martha Huber's journal detailing Mary Alice's past. Susan goes after Mike, though she doesn't find him. Felicity takes the troubled Zach into her home and Mrs. Huber's journal lands in the hands of Susan and Julie.

Bree finally throws Phyllis out of her house after she gets Bree in trouble with the law by having Rex's grave dug up to make an investigation into his death. Susan tries bravely to accept Edie's new role in Julie's life when Edie wants to accompany Julie for a family musical recital. Lynette's demanding boss, Nina Fletcher, makes her miss Parker's first day of kindergarten, forcing Lynette to monitor Parker's experience via a video camera. Bree later on takes a polygraph test to prove her innocence in Rex's death to Andrew and Danielle, and realizes she has feelings for George. Bree persuades George to take the polygraph test as well, not realizing that George is a psycho who believes his own lies. Gabrielle finally comes to the truth after seeing John with another woman and asks Carlos for a second chance. Felicity Tillman persuades Mike to watch his back for the missing Zach and Paul Young might come after him. Also, the mysterious Betty Applewhite and her son Matthew try to keep their mysterious captive's presence a secret when he nearly escapes, and as well as keep suspicion away from them when Susan begins asking questions.

Lynette's son has an imaginary friend, George and Andrew fight over Bree's attention, Susan struggles with the Zack situation, and Gabby has lawyer problems.

Season 2, Episode 5: They Asked Me Why I Believe in You

Susan's longtime book agent and dear friend, Lonny Moon, gets into financial trouble and asks for her help. Meanwhile, Lynette is forced to go out to bars night after night with her man-hungry boss, Nina, to help ease Nina's stress. Bree is allowed to re-bury Rex amid police suspicions. Bree also becomes angry when she finds out about Rex's feelings about her prior to his death that he suspected he was being poisoned... by her. Gabrielle hires David Bradley to defend Carlos in court. But Carlos rejects him after he witnesses an attraction between David and Gabrielle. Also, more of the Applewhite's past is shown when Betty wants to contact the police in Chicago to inform them of their whereabouts involving a murder case involving the murder victim Melanie Foster, her captive, retarded son Caleb, whereas Matthew wants to keep hiding out and protect the simple-minded, but violent, Caleb with them. Finally, the fugitive Paul Young inconspicuously returns to Whisteria Lane.

When Susan sees that Paul Young has returned to the neighborhood, she tries to get him arrested by informing the police that he killed Mrs. Huber. But Mike refuses to back up her story, apparently to avoid being arrested for attempting to murder Paul. Later, Susan and Mike experience a crisis after Mike learns that Susan lied to him about not seeing Zach and giving him money to keep away from the area. Susan's terminally annoying and neurotic mother, Sophie, pays another visit for a wedding dress fitting. As Carlos continues serving his jail sentence, Gabrielle valiantly tries to free him, but lawyer David Bradley refuses to represent Carlos anymore after he reveals that he's in love with Gabrielle. Meanwhile, Bree gets a bad rash every time she tries to be intimate with George. To take her mind off it, Bree agrees to a getaway weekend with him at a romantic hotel, but requests that they sleep in separate rooms. Also, Lynette gets into a minor argument with Tom over her purchase of a number of very expensive business suits to impress Nina and the rest of the office staff.

During rehearsals for her mother's upcoming wedding with Morty, Susan discovers that her biological father is a nearby shopkeeper, she decides to meet him, but he dreads any intrusion in his present family. Bree and George get on even worse when he continues to brag about his upcoming nuptials, and Bree later gets a visit from a mysterious woman who claims that George is not who she says she is, leading to Bree to test George's patience with her. Gabrielle has bad news for her Carlos about her miscarriage, but she refuses to acknowledge any grief for her pregnancy that she didn't want in the first place. Then, Gabrielle gets a visit from a former prison inmate of Carlos, named Hector, who looks after a reluctant Gabrielle and forces her to face her feelings. Finally, Mike finds the retarded Caleb wondering around his back yard and has him arrested.

When Bree learns that George was responsible for attempting to murder her therapist, she calls the police on him, leading to a confrontation in a hotel room after Bree learns that George was also responsible for Rex's death. Meanwhile, Lynette uses some leverage against her supervisor, Nina, after catching her frolicking with the male receptionist, Stu, over office politics. After Nina threatens Lynette's job, she persuades Stu to sue the firm, leading to many dismissals, and Lynnette gaining Tina's old job. Carlos is finally paroled from prison and returns a new man, and Gabrielle is jealous of his new 'holier-than-thou' confidante, Sister Mary Bernard. Also, Susan finally meets face-to-face her birth father, Addison Prudy, and tries to begin a relationship with him. But Mr. Purdy reveals that he does not want anything to do with her.

During Wisteria Lane's annual blood drive, Zach learns that he as the same blood type as Mike. After months of silence, Mike's former father-in-law, Noah Taylor, now bedridden with terminal cancer, asks him for information about his case, in which Mike resorts to lying to protect Paul Young and Zach. But, there may be trouble when Mr. Taylor's new nurse happens to be the conniving and revenge-seeking Felicia Tilman.

At the same time, Carlos learns more about the tension-filled relationship between Gabrielle and her estranged, gold-digging mother Lucia, when she drops for a visit. Also, Bree's problem with alcohol intensifies with the notice of Lynette after Bree baby sits her children for the day in which she passes out and the twins wonder around town.

Carlos and Gabrielle decide to adopt, but the process comes to be a lot more difficult than either had expected when they find out they have to be perfect roll models. But things get even worse when they find out that John Rowland's vindictive mother, Helen, is an employee of the agency. Susan checks herself into the hospital for her surgery, but she makes the mistake of confiding in a nurse about her infatuation with Dr. Ron. Meanwhile, a showdown between Bree and Andrew leads to a full out war between mother and son when the twisted Andrew plots to become legally emaciated from his mother so he can set eyes on his trust fund, and he resorts to having his boyfriend, James, beat him up and then hires a lawyer to claim that Bree attacked him. Also, the dying Noah Taylor attempts to have Paul Young killed, but when the attempt is unsuccessful, Zach persuades Mike to let him meet his biological grandfather. Also, Tom is having more difficulty at his job when he begins to resent having to take orders Lynette which stings his ego of superiority.

Meanwhile, Lynette is surprised that a new employee at work, named Veronica, is still breastfeeding her child of five. Gabrielle becomes very picky when choosing a surrogate birth mother, and a beautiful baby which leads her and Carl to pick out a very pregnant erotic dancer, named Libby, but who disapproves of them. Bree enrolls in Alcholics Annoymous, but has to deal with a fresh accusation when the twisted sociopath Andrew threatens to tell the courts, and anyone that will listen, a concocted story about "repressed childhood abuse" to make his emancipation case stronger, leading to Bree to get drunk and get locked up in a department store after hours, leading to her getting rescued by her AA sponsor. Also, history seems to repeat itself when Caleb Applewhite develops a crush on Matthew's new girlfriend, Danielle, and breaks into her house to try to win her affections.

Season 2, Episode 18: Everybody Says Don't

Bree overcomes her alcohol addiction by falling in love with her AA-sponsor Peter, only to find he's also a recovering sex-addict, so he passes her on to a woman. Meanwhile, Lynette is torn between testifying at Andrew's emancipation trial in his favor, as he claims to be systematically abused by Bree, or in hers. So, she tests his eagerness to become able (trough his trust-fund) to afford an expensive car. When Edie finds out from Dr. Ron McCreadie about Susan and Karl's re-marriage behind her back, Edie demands Karl to pay her a wedding that he cannot afford and forces Susan to organize it all. When Gabrielle and Carlos learn that Libby, the girl who promised them her baby, is engaged to the bouncer in the strip-club where she waitresses, they try to pay her off as well as get Libby's boyfriend, Frank, to waive paternity rights prior to birth. Also, Felicia Tilman returns to Whisteria Lane seeking revenge against Paul Young, starting when she publicly accuses him of Martha's murder.

Season 2, Episode 19: Don't Look at Me

Lynette is called in to her kids' school as Parker has gone from being obsessed with Dinosaurs to being obsessed with female nudity. Meanwhile, Carlos and Gabrielle must go to court to get custody of their baby, Lily, after they "steal" her from the hospital nursery ward. But they find their court victory for temporary custody bittersweet when Gabrielle begins to resent the baby's crying and asks their Chinese housekeeper, Xiao-Mei, to help her. Bree's overbearing father Henry and stepmother Eleanor come to town to mediate between Andrew and her during their court trial for Andrew's emaciation. When Henry and Eleanor decide to take Andrew back to live with them in Rhode Island, Bree resorts to crafty measures to make sure they find out about his homosexuality. Susan is convinced that Karl doesn't really love Edie. Later, Susan goes to a movie theatre alone, and she spots Mike with a date. This turns of events leads to Susan making a new friend when she has a run-in with a dentist, named Orson Hodge, whom she confides in her troubles. Also, Felicia heats up her war-of-harassment against Paul by trying to provoke a reaction from him to make herself look like the victim, and him as the aggressor.

Season 2, Episode 20: It Wasn't Meant to Happen

Gabrielle and Carlos are surprised when their adoptive baby's biological teenage father, Dale Helms, wants to lay claims to his infant daughter. The Solis want Dale to sign away his rights, but the dumb jock doesn't seem to see it their way, until a little intimidation from Gabrielle makes him do just that. Edie is heartbroken after Karl breaks off their engagement, and Susan becomes very worried that Edie might find out about hers and Karl's fling. This leads to Edie going out drinking with Susan where she gets so drunk that she attacks a waitress. When Lynette's boss, Ed, has her work late to forget his marital problems, she tries to coach his love-life back to health, but it backfires with Tom taking the heat. Bree puts her mind to keeping Peter in her life by having his overprotective sex-addict sponsor removed and continues pursuing him, but soon learns just how bad his other addiction is. Also, Caleb is caught at another horny intrusion when he makes a play for Danielle, but his mother believes he's better off dead then institutionalized as Bree intends... with nobody aware that Danielle and Matthew orchestrated the whole thing.

Season 2, Episode 21: I Know Things Now

Bree and Andrew finally reach an impasse in their relationship/conflict as tension has finally reached a critical point when the twisted Andrew resorts to very low measures to turn Bree against Peter, first by having Danielle try to sexually tease him, and then Andrew takes over. This leads to Bree finally making a stand and literally kicking Andrew to the curve from her car, literally. Meanwhile, Ed finally fires Tom with the pressure from Lynette, but she learns that Tom has not been honest to her about some unauthorized visits to Atlantic City. Edie's private detective begins to uncover numerous details of Karl and Susan's relationship. The neurotic Susan tries to hush up the detective by bribing him, with Mike's help, but being who Susan is, she unwisely decides to come clean to Edie about her tryst with Karl. Gabrielle is having a tough time keeping her Chinese servant, Xiao Mei in the country, until Carlos offers a solution to have her be the surrogate mother for their baby. Elsewhere, Betty decides to take Caleb on a picnic to poison him and end their family troubles, until she finds out that Matthew set Caleb up to attack Danielle in order to get Caleb out of the way.

Season 2, Episode 22: No One Is Alone

When Susan hears from Edie she took revenge by burning down her house, Mike offers to help Susan by planting a wire to tape a confession. Now Andrew is out of the picture, Bree is determined to make up for forgetting Danielle's 17th birthday, which was six weeks ago, with the 'perfect' party, with an opposite effect. Meanwhile, Matthew is locked up in the cellar after Betty learns that he set up Caleb so they would have a normal life again, but Danielle finds and frees him. Now their Chinese maid and surrogate mother, Xiao Mei, has pregnancy symptoms, taking care of her needs causes tension between the Solis' after Carlos gives all his attention to Xiao Mei and not Gabrielle. Lynette doesn't believe Tom's story about his trips to Atlantic City, and she secretly follows him. Also, Felicia's personal war with Paul Young reaches the final battle with her having him arrested... for her murder.

Other flashbacks show the day that Melanie Foster was murdered back in Chicago and the real reason behind her death, and how Betty decided to live a life on the lam rather than turn in her simpleton son Caleb. Meanwhile in the present, Bree checks herself into a psychiatric hospital, and later gets some frightening news when she learns that Danielle has run away with Matthew. Susan moves into a trailer after her house was burnt down, much to Julie's annoyance. Lynette takes her kids to stay at a motel after finding about Tom's 'other woman' in Atlantic City, but unaware to the real reason behind the woman's history. Elsewhere, Gabrielle briefly thinks that Carlos died after hearing a news report of an auto accident, but it turns on her suspicion's to his caring for Xiao Mei. Also, the imprisoned Paul begs Zach to get him a good lawyer via the dying Noah Taylor. But the unbalanced teenager instead decides to take matters into his own hands in order to sever all ties with his father, and his past life on Whisteria Lane for good.

More frequent flashbacks featuring Rex, John Rowland, and George Williams, take us back to key moments in time for Bree, Lynette, Susan and Gabrielle and how they connect to the present. Back in the present, after hearing Betty's message on her cell phone about Matthew being a murder suspect, that he was the one who murdered Melanie Foster, Bree realizes she needs to escape from the psychiatric hospital and help Danielle, who has run away with Matthew. When he sees Mike buying an engagement ring, Karl buys Susan a house, leading to more conflict between Mike and Karl. Meanwhile, Lynette finds out that Tom has an illegitimate daughter from before they were married, and has an unpleasant meeting with the woman, named Nora. Gabrielle discovers a shocking secret her husband has been keeping from her that Carlos really has been having a tryst with Xiao Mei. Also, Mike meets Orson Hodge (Susan's dentist friend) for the first time while getting a tooth filled, in which Orson recognizes Mike as someone from his past. But Mike does not know or remember Orson, leading to a shocking confrontation. Orson also has a meeting of minds with Bree when they meet for the first time at the psychiatric hospital where Orson pays regular visits to a mysterious catatonic woman.

Bree and Orson's wedding day arrives, despite the chagrin from her friends, especially Susan who is still disturbed by Carolyn Bigsby's accusations. Later, Orson and Bree's wedding reception is interrupted when the police arrive and tell Orson that a body believed to be his ex-wife has been found at a construction site. The body is not Orson's missing wife, but he lies for some reason by pretending not to know the murder victim. Meanwhile, Lynette attempts to set Nora up with various single guys to keep her away from the house. Gabrielle and Carlos prepare for both the divorce and the baby's expectant arrival when Xiao-Mei goes into labor, but find the baby not to their expectations. Edie's troublesome 18-year-old nephew, Austin, comes to visit and has a meeting of minds with Julie. Also, Susan continues to be uncomfortable around hanging out with Ian.

Season 3, Episode 3: A Weekend in the Country

Bree and Orson are going on their honeymoon to Bermuda. But at the airport, Bree sees her runaway son, Andrew, on the public TV featured as a homeless teenager in which Bree wants to cut short their honeymoon to go look for him, against Orson's protests. After Bree unsuccessfully tries to get Andrew to return home, Orson later meets with the troublesome youth and, despite seeing the abrasive sociopath Andrew still is, persuades him to return home by relating to his inner rage and hostility. Meanwhile, Gabrielle and Lynette plan a weekend at a posh health spa while Tom is going on a camping trip with the wild and crazy kids. But Lynnette's quiet weekend is also cut short when Tom phones with an emergency and she has to go to him. But things turn for the worse when Nora arrives and insists that she tag along with Lynnette. At the spa, the lonely Gabrielle runs into her former flame, John Rowland, who's now a rising landscape designer, and had a one-stand with him. But regrets it in the morning when his fiancée shows up and nearly caches her. Elsewhere, Susan goes on a quiet romantic getaway with Ian at a remote mountain cabin. But as usual for the klutzy Susan, things don't go as planned. Plus, she is still insecure about if she's cheating on Mike who's still comatose. Also, Julie has another run-in with Austin McCann whom she cannot stand, but finds herself strangely attracted to.

Season 3, Episode 4: Like It Was

Mike has woken up from his coma, but he has amnesia and has no recollection of the past two years or of who attempted to kill him. Unfortunately, the scheming Edie is there to fill in the blanks by pretending they are romantically involved. Susan is still in the country with Ian after having their first romantic night together, when she cuts it short after receiving the news about Mike's revival. Despite the fact that Andrew has returned home and Danielle is a rising science class student, Bree finds her family is anything but perfect after learning of the "tricks" Andrew pulled while living on the streets and finds out that Danielle and her science teacher are more closer than she thought. Meanwhile, Lynette is determined not to let Parker quit baseball because he made a commitment, even though he's terrible at it because of his A.D.D. Lynette also has a talk with Tom in she persuades him to follow his own path in hunting for a new job, as well as a new career path for himself. Also, Carlos moves back into the house, much to Gabrielle's displeasure, which escalates their personal war.

Season 3, Episode 5: Nice She Ain't

The divorce between Gabrielle and Carlos reaches new levels of bitterness with both of them trying to make each other jealous. Meanwhile, Susan is determined to jog Mike's memory, and realizes Edie has been posing as his girlfriend since he woke up from his coma. Tom decides that his dream is to open a pizza parlor, and Lynette is not delighted. But Nora makes things a little worse by fanning the flames between them to break them up. Bree conniving tries to break up the romance between Danielle and her history teacher, who's been having an affair with her. Elsehwere, bad-boy Austin asks a reluctant Julie to help him write his English paper for class. Also, Mike's phone number is discovered on the mystery dead woman's body by Detective Ridley.

Season 3, Episode 6: Sweetheart, I Have to Confess

Hurt after finding Mike with Edie, Susan professes her love for Ian, but in a very awkward way by crashing a dinner party he is throwing. Meanwhile, Gabrielle and Carlos try to rekindle their love after she finds out about a potential new job he may be getting. Bree is confronted once again by Carolyn Bigsby who invites her and Orson with her husband Harvey, where Bree learns more about Orson's past with his long-lost wife, and Orson finds out that Carolyn's husband had had an affair with the mystery dead woman, and we learn that Orson had shared the same woman. Nora and Lynette go to war after Lynette finds out that Nora had tried to break her and Tom up over his planing to open up his pizza parlor. Also, Mike starts to remember things, which include the mystery dead woman, who's name is revealed to be 'Monique'.

Back on Whisteria Lane, Lynette comes home from the hospital to recover from the shooting, and copes with the fact that her boys heard that she was shot at the supermarket. Lynnette is also grateful to Art Shephard for saving her life, but later finds some unsettling things about him. Elsewhere, Susan comes home from a date with Ian to find Julie on the couch with a boy, whom is the trouble-making Austin. But Susan's attempts to keep them apart by bringing her ex-husband, Karl, into the equation backfires greatly. Bree struggles to find out why Orson will not tell her the reasons behind his strained relationship with pesky and obnoxious mother Gloria. Also, Detective Ridley continues investigating the murder of the mystery woman, Monique, and begins to zero on Mike Delfino.

Season 3, Episode 9: Beautiful Girls

Lynnette, having learned about her new neighbor's, Art Shepherd's obsession, assumes that he's a pedophile and goes to the police, but she is told that they cannot do anything about it. Gabrielle gets a shot to train a group of young girls about being a model. Susan learns that Ian has a butler, named Rupert, who quietly disapproves of her dating Ian. Meanwhile, Bree learns what it's like to live with her new mother-in-law, Gloria, and decides it time to get her a place of her own. But Bree isn't prepared when Gloria reveals Orson's secret about his past romance with the dead Monique. Also, the homeless Carlos moves in with Mike, who begins to think that he might have killed Monique.

Bree is having misgivings about dumping Orson at the curb after learning about his past with Monique, but begins to see him in a new light when he reveals how his mother conspired with Alma to trick him into marriage. However, Orson's mother, Gloria, is revealed all this time to be conspiring with Orson's ex-wife, Alma, to destroy him. Edie dumps Mike when he gets arrested for the murder of Monique, leading to him to finally see the selfish tramp that Edie really is. Susan tries to help Mike, but Ian resents Susan's meddling with her former boyfriend. Elsewhere, the whole neighborhood dumps on Art Shepherd when Lynette spreads the word that she thinks he's a pedophile, which puts a strain on Art's crippled sister Rebbecca.

Meanwhile, Gabrielle freaks about her own home security when she learns she has a stalker, and goes even further when she learns the identity of her secret admirer: the natty and unbalanced-as-ever Zach Young, who has inherited Noah Taylor's entire estate, while Carlos is just plain amused by Gabby's new admirer. Elsewhere, Tom becomes angry when he learns Lynette helped him secure the liquor license after he told her that he did not want any help to open his restaurant. In prison, Mike is approached by Paul Young (whom he does not remember), who tries to get on Mike's good side by pretending to be an old friend so he can seek revenge. Also, Susan freaks when she learns that Julie has secured birth control pills to consummate more her growing romance with Austin, who finally gets caught with Danielle by Susan and Edie.

Season 3, Episode 13: Come Play Wiz Me

Susan and Gabrielle hatch a plan to bail Mike out of jail, which means Gabby has to spend more time with her psychotic secret admirer, Zach Young, who agrees to post Mike's bail and hire him another lawyer after the one Ian hires persuades Mike to plead guilty to Monique's murder. Susan also learns that Ian's comatose wife, Jane, has taken a turn for the worse and spends time at the hospital with a friend of Jane's. In prison, Paul Young confides in Mike about his past and persuades him to try get his troubled son to visit him. Meanwhile, Orson becomes victim to a plot between his vicious mother Gloria, and his scheming ex-wife Alma who drugs and attempts to seduce Orson to bring him back into her life... until Bree finds out. Also, Lynnette gets pressured to skip another day of work to help Tom set up a street fair for some additional advertisement prior to the opening of his new pizzeria.

Mike begins to remember parts of his past while visiting a hypnosis therapist in his attempt to remember the night that Monique Pollier was murdered. Meanwhile, Susan attends Jane's funeral where she, unwisely as always, tells the attendees about her romantic relationship with Ian to throw them off his course. Lynnette crosses swords with Tom over who has the last word as to who's hired/who's fired from his pizzeria when she fires the loafing and troublesome Austin without his permission. Orson finally reveals the truth about his involvement with Monique Pollier's murder to Bree. When Alma thinks about giving up on trying to break up Orson and Bree, Gloria imprisons Alma in her own house to carry out her revenge plan on her own by attempting to murder Bree with a fall off a ladder. Also, the unbalanced and quick-tempered Zach interferes with Gabrielle's life when she has a date with a lawyer friend of Zach's.

Season 3, Episode 15: The Little Things You Do Together

In a moment of letting her guard down, a drunken Gabrielle finds herself the morning after with Zach... in bed. Gabrielle confides in Carlos about this predicament and tries to make sense of it. Orson is confronted by Mike about Monique and her strange death, in which Orson barely survives a fall off the roof of the hospital. Bree wakes in the hospital following her "accident" and is in a hurry to return home and deal with Monique's death, herself. The truth about Monique Pollier's murder is finally revealed how both Orson and his twisted mother were involved, as well as more of Orson's past is shown. When Alma learns of Gloria's plan to murder Bree, she attempts to escape from her "prison" to warn her only to suffer a "freak accident". Tom becomes nervous over preparing for the night of the Scavo's Pizzeria grand opening, while Lynnette inadvertently makes matters a little worse with ordering the wrong chairs. Neverless, the grand opening goes off without a hitch where proposals fly left and right when Ian, learning that Mike intended to propose to Susan the night of his accident, proposes to her instead. Zach attempts to do the same to the unimpressed Gabrielle who finally ends their relationship.

Angry and frustrated over learning that both Ian and Mike have been competing with each other to win her affections, Susan goes to a therapist and realizes she must choose between Ian and Mike. Gabrielle's engagement party at the Scarva Pizzaria is upstaged by an unexpected announcement from Edie who tells her about her dating Carlos. Gabrielle tries to persuade both Lynette and Susan not to speak to Edie. But Edie yet again outsmarts everyone by hiring Lynette to cater to Travers 10th birthday party and to show off Carlos to the rest of the neighborhood. Meanwhile, Lynette continues spending more time after hours at the pizzeria talking with Rick to avoid going home her noisy and dysfunctional home life, while Tom thinks about returning to work to keep a closer eye on Lynette and Rick. Elsewhere, the rest of the neighborhood is full of gossip about the dead body of Mrs. McClusky's husband found in her basement freezer on Wisteria Lane, and only Parker seems to know the truth about her husband's demise.

Season 3, Episode 21: Into the Woods

In the aftermath of Victor's election as mayor of Fairview, Gabrielle is led to believe she has a new-found power, but unwisely uses it to try to avoid getting a parking ticket and winds up getting arrested. Lynnette and Rick find out just how powerless they are when the pizzeria is robbed and they're forced to spend the night together trying to stay warm in a locked cooler. Tom, on the other hand, figures there's something going on between the two of them when he sees the surveillance tape from the robbery and therefore, threatens Rick and his job. Susan, having lost Ian, turns to find Mike who has gone on a hiking trip, and being crazy and klutzy as always, she literally gets lost in the woods. Back in Fairview, just when Carlos bonds more with Travers, Edie's ex-husband, Charles, arrives wanting to take the boy home with him and Edie tries to prevent it from happening.

Meanwhile, Lynette tries to hide the fact that she has cancer from everyone, despite the fact she has no hair. Bree continues to hide the fact that her daughter is illegitimately pregnant by pretending to be pregnant herself. An old friend of Susan's, named Katherine Mayfair, moves back onto Wisteria Lane along with her second husband, gynecologist Adam Mayfair, and Kathrine's teenage daughter Dylan, all of whom have more secrets to hide.

Season 4, Episode 2: Smiles of a Summer Night

Newly pregnant Susan and Mike squabble over letting Julie go out to a party, and when Susan ventures to the party to try to bring Julie home, she gets mistaken for a stripper. Meanwhile, Lynette bans Tom from her chemotherapy sessions, and asks a reluctant Gabrielle to sit in with her. Later, Gabby reveals a shocking secret about her childhood involving hospitals. Meanwhile, Bree becomes more upset when she learns that Katherine Mayfair is a better cook than she is. But when Bree does some investigating in Katherine's house, she inadvertently overhears Katherine and Adam arguing about Dylan's birth father. Also, Edie blackmails Carlos into getting engaged after discovering the hidden offshore bank account he has.

Season 4, Episode 3: The Game

Susan and Mike throw a charades party at their house which brings out some of the worst in the attending guests. Bree inadvertently sends Susan to a rough side of town to see a gynecologist, while the very pregnant Danielle continues to grow edge about her solitude at the convent. Meanwhile, Stella scores some marijuana from Andrew to make some pot-laced brownies for Lynette to rid her of the painful chemotherapy side effects. Bree tells the other housewives about what she overheard in Katherine's house and about the Mayfairs secret involving Dylan who teams up with Julie to find out what her mother and stepfather are keeping from her by breaking into Katherine's secret closet. Katherine becomes more angry and jealous at Adam over his flirtation with other women which involves a past infidelity he apparently had back in Chicago. Also, Gabrielle is unhappy to learn about Carlos and Edie's engagement, while Victor begins to see Gabrielle as a liability to him and his political agenda.

Danielle's crying baby puts stress on Bree and Orson's marriage, as well as on Andrew who decides to move out. Meanwhile, Lynette has a reunion with her long-lost stepfather, Glen, over wanting to find her mother now living on the streets. Susan notices Mike is behaving strangely and soon realizes that he is still hiding his painkiller addiction after she has a meeting with his dealer Barrett.

Season 4, Episode 9: Something's Coming

Gabrielle announces to her friends that she and Carlos are going to run away together to get away from the revenge-seeking Victor now out after both of their hides. But things take an unexpected turn when a large tornado hits Whisteria Lane. Gabrielle finds herself seeking shelter in the crawlspace with Edie under her house where the bicker about the men in their lives. Bree and Orson are forced to deal with the crazy Sylvia Green who continues to pursue Adam while the hostile Katherine comes clean about their pasts. Lynnette, Tom and their wild kids are forced to seek shelter in Mrs. McKlusky's basement which prompts out more complications over Tom's allergic reaction to Ida Greenburg's pet cat. Meanwhile, Mike accompanies Susan to the hospital after she twists her ankle where she confronts him about his painkiller addiction and realizes the severity of how it's escalated.

Season 4, Episode 10: Welcome to Kanagawa

In the aftermath of the tornado that has devastated Whisteria Lane, Lynette's husband, Tom, and all their children survived, but Ida Greenburg didn't. Lynette decides to team with Karen McCluskey to have a private memorial service for their neighbor by scattering her ashes on a old baseball field. Meanwhile, Bree and Orson move in with Susan and Julie while their house is being repaired, only to find themselves recruiting Andrew to woo their contractor to get him to finish the damaged roof of their house, while Susan, more emotionally vulnerable and crazy then ever, plots to get Bree to stay to keep her company while Mike is in rehab. Gabrielle learns that Milton Lang has cut her out of her husbands will, leaving her broke, while Carlos is in the hospital blinded from his injuries. Also, Katherine kicks Adam out of their house after finding out that he lied about having an affair with the late Sylvia Greeen, but an incriminating letter left by Katherine's late aunt forces the both of them to come to terms with a dark secret, and Dylan also discovers the letter.

Lynette finds out that the twins, Preston and Porter, are responsible for starting the fire at Rick's restaurant. But the true culprit is the crafty Kayla who finally begins escalating her twisted quest to destroy the Scavo family by trickery and intimidation. While Lynette sees through the charming, but very sociopathic, Kayla's nefarious plans, Tom, blinded by his own denial, refuses to believe that Kayla is responsible for everything bad that is happening to them. Meanwhile, Bree gives Orson an ultimatum to turn himself in after finding out that he was the one who attempted to kill Mike. Orson refuses, and is forced to move out of the house. But as always, the man-hungry Edie appears and offers her house for Orson to stay in while he looks for a new place. Susan reconnects with her ex-husband, Karl, whom she meets at a Lamaze class. Carlos and Gabrielle rent out their spare bedroom to Ellie, a young artist, whom Gabrielle suspects is running a prostitution ring from their house. Also, Katherine finally finds out that Dylan is secretly meeting with her father, Wayne Davis.

Season 4, Episode 15: Mother Said

Gabrielle and Carlos finally learn the truth about Ellie's "work", and they also discover the police are already onto Ellie, and have been staking out the Solis home for some time and want to use the Solis' to arrest Ellie in a sting operation. Meanwhile, Bree declares an all-out war against Edie after learning that she's now after Orson for her latest man conquest. But when Edie does something shocking involving Orson who makes the mistake of revealing the origins of Bree's baby Benjamin, Bree is forced to come clean to the rest of the housewives the secret about "her" baby, and this will lead to a conclusion to Edie's time on Wisteria Lane. Adele Delfino, Susan's overbearing and meddlesome mother-in-law, arrives for a visit which she cannot stand. Elsewhere, Katherine continues to try to persuade Dylan that her ex-husband, Wayne, is not who he claims to be, and she reveals a surprising twist to him about Dylan. Also, the naive Tom tries to persuade Lynette to give Kayta another chance to respect her, but Lynette soon regrets it.

Season 4, Episode 16: The Gun Song

Susan finally gives birth to her new baby, and all of her friends on Wisteria Lane welcome the new addition to Susan and Mike's family. But Susan and Mike both begin to squabble about what to name their newborn son when Mike insists on naming him 'Maynerd' after his late grandfather, and Susan wants to name him 'Connor'. Meanwhile, Bree and Katherine do some self-defense shooting as the increasingly erratic Wayne escalated his stalking of her when he begins to suspect that Dylan is not their biological daughter. Gabrielle forms a strong bond with Ellie, who becomes suspicious that she may turn her into the police. Tom and Lee ask Katherine and Bree to cater to their 'commitment ceremony' for the upcoming weekend. Elsewhere, Orson continues hounding Bree, who regrets flirting with Reverend Green to keep Orson away. The evil Kayla pushes her plan to destroy the Scavo family into full force when she fabricates a story that Lynette is physically abusing her, and Kayla further uses her natural-born skill of lying and manipulation to play on Tom's sympathies. Also, Adam decides to follow Wayne to find out what he is up to, and end up as his captive.

In the cliff-hanging season final, several residents of Wisteria Lane are faced with deadly threats; Adam is held captive by the deranged Wayne who physically tortures him for information as to Dylan's origins... and what happened to the real Dylan Davis. Ellie, now a fugitive, contacts Gabrielle to help her retrieve a teddy bear from their house. Tom and Lee finally have their commitment ceremony in the form of a block party on Whisteria Lane. Lynette is forced to cater to the party while Tom refuses to help out because of the Kayla case. Meanwhile, Susan realizes she will soon lose someone she loves when Julie is accepted into Princeston University early and will be leaving town soon. Also, Katherine Mayfair's secret about her past and of what happened to Dylan is finally revealed after Wayne takes her and Bree hostage in her house.
