Trivia:

When Rose is arrested the camera pans behind the Jeep showing the Ohio license plate "C3J 46E5" with a county code sticker "75" in the bottom left corner indicating Shelby County, Ohio. The license plate is a custom plate as in that standard issue plates are formatted as 3 letters and 4 numbers (AAA 0000) and was registered after 2004 because Ohio license plates changed formats in 2004.

Goofs:

Factual errors: When Christopher asks about Sharon at the garage, the mechanic is working on a Dodge Magnum with a West Virginia license plate on the front of the car. West Virginia doesn't require, nor is it possible to have, a state license plate on the front of the car.

Breathtaking. Simply Breathtaking.

This movie was simply incredible. To all Silent Hill fans, I say, yes, PH was nothing more than a fanboy favorite and they changed the storyline a little from the first game, but I have never actually felt dread like I did in this movie when I heard the air-raid siren indicating that "the darkness is coming". I actually remember feeling the same dread while playing the game. The ending, while a bit of a letdown due to a lack of definite closure, was definitely very Silent-Hillesque in that it had a certain meaning that IS possible to find if you look closely enough into the clues.

Phenomenal movie, I suggest you see it ASAP.
