Emeril Live, which got its start back in 1997, has grown from a small cooking program, into a worldwide phenomenon. After the addition of a studio audience a year into its run, this show has quickly grown into the best show on the food network. However this show wouldn't be complete without Emeril's personality. Emeril's catch phrases "Bam", and "Kick it up a notch" have grown on people, and now everyone can't wait to cook, and experiment with new dishes.
Alongside is Doc Gibbs and the Emeril Live Band, which provide excellent music. Helping set the tempo to this lively, and upbeat show. One suggestion I do have is they should have more guest appearances by celebrities, and musicians. If they were to even get a few big names to guest star, this show could wind up on a major network. Other than that, it is always entertaining, and combines three things that I love: Good Music, Good Food, and a little bit of comedy. A great show, that you can watch with your family and friends, and will remain a mainstay on the food network for years to come. Oh yeah, Babe.
