EXCELLENT!, 25 September 2002
Author: AllisonLVenezio from Jersey shore, USA
This 1990 Disney-MGM Studios attraction combines everyone's favorite puppets with the magic of 3-dimensional design to create a completely creative and fun show!
Welcome to the Muppet Lab, where anything can (and does!) happen. Here, Kermit and gang want to show you everything crazy that happens here, and the perk is--you feel like you're really there!
As you enter the building, the attendants hand over "safety goggles" (3D glasses) to wear during the show. They pack visitors into a large warehouse room, with props everywhere. The monitors have a terrific pre-show playing that gets the audience prepped. Momentarily, the doors open, and everyone files into the large auditorium, where the audience is exposed to a private tour of Muppet Labs, guided by Kermit the Frog, of course, with a fabulous show planned for the visitors. I saw this attraction for the fourth time on my fourth visit to Walt Disney World in March 2002, and I still love it! Kermit the Frog is my favorite character of all the Muppets, and he is TOO MUCH FUN!!! The jokes never grow old, and the sense of the action is what keeps this attraction fresh! I particularly love how Beaker causes some sort of catastrophe, and how Miss Piggy has contempt for Rizzo the Rat, who she flings across the stage!!!! The two critics Waldorf and Staler, as always, critique the Muppets, and this time they are perched in the balcony in all their animatronic glory. I also thought it was funny when that big freaky Muppet, Sweetums, comes into the crowd with a flashlight looking for Waldo Graphic, asking if he' there. Everyone begins yelling, so I screamed "He's back here!" Miss Piggy's song, "Dream a Little Dream of Me" was so good, especially when the bubbles came down from the ceiling. My best friend and I were laughing constantly on the recent visit, especially when Miss Piggy threw Rizzo into the pond, and at Fozzie's pie through. I cracked up at Gonzo, but then again, I always have. Sam Eagle's "Salute to All Countries, but Mostly America" was good, and you know something horrible is gonna happen, but I won't say exactly what.
Despite the age of this attraction, it is too much fun, and holds up well. I highly recommend this attraction to everyone, especially Muppet fans. Definitely hit the Muppet Studio Store afterwards, since they have AWESOME Muppet merchandise. Also, get your picture taken with the giant Kermit statues and get shots of the signs and fountains. This is the most fun you'll have with 3D.

Excellent Disney attraction!, 28 January 2006
Author: Tommy Nelson from Long Beach, California
Muppeteers: Jim Henson as Kermit the frog, Swedish Chef and Waldorf.
Frank Oz as Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy and Sam the Eagle.
Steve Whittemire as Bean Bunny, Rizzo the rat and 3-D image Waldo.
Dave Goelz as Dr. Bunsen Hunnydew, Gonzo and Zoot.
Richard Hunt as Sweetums, Statler, Beaker and Scooter.
Jerry Nelson as Camilla and some Penguins.
Okay, this thing is so cool. It's a crazy out of control Muppet show in 3-D. It is hosted by Kermit who first shows us some 3-D craziness with an ironing board falling(it belonged to Zoot), then Fozzie showing us some 3-D tricks. We see Muppet Labs. Miss Piggy gets a number. Sweetums comes on with a paddle ball. We have the final number choreographed by Sam the Eagle, and it goes all wrong. Before the actual show, there is a fun 13 minute pre-show starring Scooter, Gonzo, Sam the Eagle and Bean Bunny, which really makes waiting for the show entertaining. The way animatronics are used in the theater is great including animotronic Statler and Waldorf and Swedish Chef. It's silly, but its fun.
My rating-A. The show: 15 mins. Pre-show: 5 mins.
Last Appearance for Jim Henson and Richard Hunt, 31 May 2006

Though you have to travel to one of the Disney theme parks to see this fine interactive 3-D film, it is well worth the trip to see the final performances of Jim Henson (Kermit, Swedish Chef) and Richard Hunt (Scooter) doing their classic "Muppet Show" muppets before their untimely deaths. Hopefully, someday someone will see fit to release this to home video (with glasses). Stranger things have happened as Disney's previous 3-D film "Captain EO" was released to cable TV for a time (albiet in a 2-D print) and Disney is actively reissuing complete season sets of "The Muppet Show", so the chance for a release is very good, perhaps as a bonus feature on one of the box sets.
Orlando's best, 20 April 2001

Disney World's best attraction, by far. All the characters and the characteristic Muppet humour, combined with crazy action as usual. Amazing 3-D effects: For the first time, I felt there was a point in the 3-D. It's like travelling back in time to the first seasons of the TV show, only this time you yourself are actually one of the strange muppets in the audience. And don't miss Scooter preparing the show before you enter - hilarious!
Muppetastic!, 25 February 1999

Author: Craig Grannell from UK
3D films are so often a pale, showy imitation of the originals but, as one might expect from such a great team, this movie is spectacular. The combination of movie and theater combine particularly well, most notably when Fozzie blows bubbles out of the screen (which are simultaneously released from the ceiling). This creates an immersive environment that will positively enthrall anyone even remotely interested in the Muppets. Of course, there are the usual terrible gags, madcap puppetry, and bizarre characters. Top class.

Who says 3-D isn't fun?, 7 May 2002

I remember going to this show, and watch the muppets cause all sorts of mischief and commtion in and around the theatre while there movie is going on. There is fun all around, with the crazy muppets, the gags, and a nice surprise at the end, this is a must for not just the muppet fans.

The Muppets where excellent. in 3D, 27 July 2007
Author: samcracc from United States florida
I saw that attraction at Disney MGM Studios and Disney's Califronia Adventure in Hollywood Pictures Backlot. Kermit the frog, Fozzy Bear, Scooter, Beaker, Sam the Eagle, Miss Piggy, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Gonzo, and the other characters where cute puppets. Whats Hilarius that Fozzy Bear does a machine with a pie but Kermit the frog thinks it's terrible. Jim Henson voice of Kermit the frog was interesting. This 3D adventure takes into a wacky adventure of The Muppets at the science lab and many more. This 3D show is excellent you can see this at Disney MGM Studios and Disney California Adventure in Hollywood Pictures Backlot.
