At the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai, Master Roshi disguises himself as Jackie Chun. The name is a (rather obvious) parody of real-life martial artist Jackie Chan.

Goofs:

Plot holes: When Master Roshi is introduced he knows nothing about the Dragon Balls. Yet later in the series, he tells Goku and company an extremely detailed story about their origin.

Dragonball

Dragonball is an amazing show. Which is exciting, humorous, and stylish. The characters are nicely developed and the fighting sequences are nicely choreographed too. And while I haven't seen the original Japanese version, the censored American version is still fun and exciting to watch.
